Shirtbox stands behinds the quality of its products and service. Our products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using our state-of-the-art digital printing equipment. We take great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact info@shirtbox.com.au within

  • 14 days from the date of your purchase if your complaint is in relation to the garment quality, sizing or print result
  • 60 days from the date of order collection if your complaint is in relation to the print washing off, peeling off, cracking or fading. 

Refund and replacement requests are subject to the following criteria and exclude postage and processing costs.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
  • Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
  • Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
  • Not adhering to the print care instructions stated below.

Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order.

Print & Garment Durability

While we pride ourselves in taking the utmost care to ensure our prints are the most durable and long-lasting they can be, it is your responsibility to ensure you are caring for the print sufficiently.

Print Care Instructions

For all print types, these are the recommended care instructions:

  • gentle cold machine wash with the garment turned inside out

  • no harsh chemicals or laundry detergents

  • no tumble-drying

  • dry in shade

  • no ironing

  • don’t leave the garment hanging in the sun for long periods of time

Avoid exposing the garment to other harsh conditions such as contact with salt water, high UV exposure, and / or abrasive motions.

The right of assessment

In the event of a return/ refund/reprint request due to print / embroidery coming off within the specified period of 60 days after order collection, Shirtbox and its employees and associates reserves the right to assess the overall quality of the claimed products to determine if the required care instructions have been adhered to and may refuse your return / refund request based on their assessment.
